ORDER PROCESSING

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout by our carriers. We take great care in packing your orders quickly + carefully and strive to ship orders within 2 business days of order placement. Our local distribution centers do not accept packages on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. 

Please keep in mind that shipping is a third party service. Cultiverre is simply a go-between, securing the transportation service you select from the carrier services provided. Shipping fees are quoted directly by the carriers and are non-refundable once purchased.

Shipping service times provided at checkout are estimated by the carriers and do not include your order's packing and processing time. Because neither UPS or USPS guarantee any of their ground delivery times, we are unable to guarantee the delivery times estimated at checkout. For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, we generally see delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days.

If an expedited shipping service (such as 2nd Day, Next Day or Express Delivery) is chosen at checkout, please factor an additional 2 business days into your anticipated delivery times for packing and processing. Because shipping is a third party service, contracted directly with the carrier, Cultiverre is unable to guarantee delivery times. 

Upon shipping, an email will be sent with your tracking number(s) and you'll receive additional emails or text messages (dependent on your selection at checkout) when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.

Please Note: Cultiverre is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the carrier.

As an eco-minded business, we take our packaging decisions into serious consideration, weighing the overall impact our choices have upon both human + natural resources. We strive to consistently lower our environmental footprint through innovation, research and creative solutions. We opt for recycled + recyclable materials whenever possible and prioritize biodegradable, compostable, plastic-free materials. No selection has been overlooked, from packing stickers made from the plant fiber waste of sugarcane, to curbside recyclable shipping labels + packing tape, to biodegradable packing peanuts made from organic vegetable starch.

When a maker we work with packages their products in a less than desirable way - using plastic, bubblewrap or styrofoam - we do our best to alert you in our product descriptions, enabling you the opportunity to make decisions that best align with your household values.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the Contiguous US for orders OVER $100. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous United States.

Estimated shipping times are noted by each shipping service at checkout. These times are carrier provided estimates and are not guaranteed by the carriers. Dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days from the ship date, however please allow for up to 7 days or more during the holidays, or when shipping services are delayed by USPS or UPS.

We sometimes find there may be confusion with the term Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is a standard ground delivery service provided by the United States Postal Service. This is not an expedited shipping service, and we often see delays with this US Postal service, as they do not guarantee their delivery times. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery preferences at checkout.

Please note that neither USPS First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Ground Select include shipping insurance, which means that if your package is either lost or damaged in transit, we would be unable to reimburse you if either of these delivery services were chosen by you at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently shipping to US shipping addresses only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With the rising costs and extended transit times of international transportation, we are unable to deliver a high level of service to international customers, which is why we've opted to only ship domestically at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Packages returned to Cultiverre due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer and additional shipping expenses may be incurred for re-shipment.
