ORDER PROCESSING

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout by our carriers. We take great care in packing your orders quickly + carefully and strive to ship orders within 2 business days of order placement. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. 

Please keep in mind that shipping is a third party service. Cultiverre is simply a go-between, securing the transportation service you select from the carrier services provided. We do not mark-up our shipping expenses, fees are quoted and paid directly to the carriers. We are unable to make any guarantees in regards to transit time once the orders are in the hands of our shipping carriers.

We sometimes find there may be confusion with the term Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is a standard delivery service provided by the United States Postal Service for packages weighing over 16 ounces. This is not an expedited shipping service, and we often see delays with this US Postal service, as they do not guarantee any of their delivery times. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery preferences at checkout.

If you select an expedited shipping service (Second Day or Next Day Delivery) at checkout, this applies to the shipping time only; please be sure to add up to 48 hours in your calculations for order processing and even more if the order is placed over the weekend or after standard business hours.

Upon shipping, an email will be sent with your tracking number(s) and you'll receive additional emails or text messages (dependent on your selection at checkout) when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. 

Please Note: Cultiverre is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the carrier.

As an eco-minded business, we take our packaging decisions into serious consideration, weighing the overall impact our choices have upon both human + natural resources. We strive to constantly lower our environmental footprint through innovation, research and creative solutions. We opt for recycled + recyclable materials whenever possible and prioritize biodegradable, compostable, plastic-free materials. No selection has been overlooked, from packing stickers made from the plant fiber waste of sugarcane, to eco-friendly shipping labels + packing tape, to biodegradable packing peanuts made from organic vegetable starch.

When a maker we work with packages their products in a less than desirable way - using plastic, bubblewrap or styrofoam - we alert you in our product descriptions to allow you the opportunity to make decisions that best align with your household values.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the Contiguous US for orders OVER $100. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous United States and does not apply to orders shipped internationally.

Estimated shipping times are noted by each shipping service at checkout. These times are carrier provided estimates and are not guaranteed by the carriers unless an expedited service such as Second Day or Next Day Delivery is purchased. Dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-5 days from the ship date, however please allow for up to 7 days or more during the holidays, or when shipping services are delayed by USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently shipping to the US and Canada only. We invite you to message us if you are interested in shipping to another international destination and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Estimated shipping times are noted by each shipping service at checkout. Please take into consideration that further delays may occur due to customs. ALL customs duties, taxes and fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal service for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Packages returned to Cultiverre due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer and additional shipping expenses may be incurred for re-shipment.
