At Cultiverre, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio and warehouse in Winona, Minnesota. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and set thoughtful expectations while reflecting the realities of third-party carrier services.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and packed within 2 business days of order placement. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed U.S. holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the carrier and service selected. Shipping is a third-party service secured on your behalf, and shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipping label has been purchased.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout do not include order processing.


Shipping Methods + Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, we generally observe delivery times ranging from 5–12 days from ship date, depending on destination, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

Ground shipping services provided by USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery times. As a result, Cultiverre is unable to guarantee arrival dates for any ground shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

If an expedited shipping service (such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) is selected at checkout, please allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing before transit begins.


Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous United States.

This promotion applies to standard ground shipping services only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


Tracking + Shipment Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Depending on your checkout preferences, you may also receive carrier notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.


Address Accuracy + Delivery Considerations

Customers are responsible for reviewing all shipping details at checkout. Express checkout tools (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) may auto-populate address information, and we encourage reviewing this carefully before placing an order.

Some delivery locations do not accept all carrier services (USPS or UPS). It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method at checkout and to notify us in advance if special delivery requirements apply.

If a free shipping promotion is used and special carrier requirements are needed, this information must be clearly noted in the Order Notes at checkout. If delivery issues occur due to this information not being communicated, additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply if the order is returned to us by the carrier.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier restrictions, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If a package has not arrived and tracking does not show continuous movement, please contact us so we can assist in monitoring the shipment. Carriers require a waiting period before a package can be considered lost; as a result, we are unable to initiate a claim or provide resolution until 20 days after the shipment has departed our warehouse.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, or if a package is believed to have been stolen, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the local carrier first. In many cases, we are able to assist customers with next steps once these initial checks have been completed.

Cultiverre is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any resolution for missing, lost, or stolen packages is subject to carrier verification and review.


Eco-Friendly Packaging

As an eco-minded business, we take our packaging decisions seriously, weighing their impact on both human and natural resources.

We prioritize recycled, recyclable, biodegradable, compostable, and plastic-free materials whenever possible - including recycled paper, biodegradable packing peanuts made from vegetable starch, and curbside-recyclable shipping labels and tape.

When a maker uses packaging materials that are less aligned with our sustainability goals, we do our best to note this in the product description so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.


Shipping Availability

Cultiverre currently ships to United States addresses only.

Due to rising international shipping costs, extended transit times, tariffs, and carrier delays, we are unable to consistently provide the level of service we require for international orders at this time.
