RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY (USA)

Cultiverre mindfully curates our collection of offerings based on quality, beauty, ethical business practices and sustainability. We believe it is important to adopt a more mindful approach to purchasing items for our homes + lifestyles, which is why we ask you to carefully review each product photograph + description, including special details like product measurements before making a purchase with us.

In an effort to act as responsible stewards of our land and its resources, we are unable accept returns based on a change of heart; however, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@cultiverre.com and we will do our best to address your concerns. 

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery confirmation of your order. Any item you wish to return must have our advance authorization and must include Cultiverre's return authorization consent. All approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving return authorization from our support team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be returned in the original packaging or adequately protective packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

All returns are at the discretion of Cultiverre. Items that are NOT returnable include, but may not be limited to: teas, foods or spices; health, beauty, apothecary + personal care products; seeds; gift cards; downloadable products; sale and discounted products; and items not purchased directly from Cultiverre.

DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, please send us an email at support@cultiverre.com with detailed photos of the damage. Each item will be assessed and if eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided at Cultiverre's discretion.

Cultiverre cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Cultiverre is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier. Packages returned to Cultiverre due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may not be applicable for any item returned to Cultiverre that is not in the original condition, any item that is returned without prior authorization, or any item not postmarked within 7 days of receipt of Cultiverre's return authorization consent.

Once your return is received + inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping expenses are not refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is responsible for paying their shipping costs to return their item. Shipping is a third party service and these fees are paid to the carrier for transport of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Cultiverre is unable to process refunds for returns we do not receive.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Because we often ship items the same or next day, we cannot always accommodate requests for order revisions or changes. If the order has not shipped, we are happy to accept any changes you might have. Just send us an email at support@cultiverre.com and we'll do what we can to assist you.
