Make:

In a saucepan, combine the contents of the kit with 2 cups of filtered water.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to low.
Cover the saucepan with a lide, leaving it slightly ajar. Let it simmer gently for 30-40 minute, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced to approximately half its original volume.
Remove the saucepan fro the heat and allow the mixture to coll to room temperature. (Note: Ensure it's warm enough to dissolve honey but cool enough to preserve the healing benefits of the honey, keeping the temperature below 95 degrees farenheit.)
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the mixture to extract all the liquid.
Sweeten the mixture to your taste by adding honey or your preferred sweetener.
Transfer the syrup into glass jars or bottles and store it in the refrigerator. (*Syrup lasts for up to 6 months in the refrigerator.)

Use:

Adult: 1-3 tablespoons per day
Child (2+ years): 1 teaspoon per day
